Chia Pudding with Berry Milk

This week’s recipe is fresh and fruity: Chia Pudding with Berry Milk. Think creamy chia seeds soaking in vibrant berry milk, topped with yogurt, fresh fruit, and a sprinkle of granola. By @paletteetpalate
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk of your choice (usually oat milk, but any milk works)
- 150 g chia seeds
- 250 g frozen mixed berries
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- To serve: yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, combine the frozen berries with the milk and blend until smooth. You now have a berry milk base. Stir in the chia seeds and mix well to avoid clumping.
Pour the mixture into 4 glasses. Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like texture.
The next morning, top with a spoonful of yogurt, some fresh fruit, and a sprinkle of granola if you like.
