June: Spoon Letter

Welcome to my June Spoon Letter!

Summer arrived, we launched something new, and we also did something we do not do very often…

A 15% sitewide sale (only until tonight)!

We are not a brand that goes on sale often, so when we do, we want it to feel like a real moment. It was also a nice way to say thank you to everyone who has been following along, shopping with us, and supporting Lepelclub. Seeing a lot of orders come in, especially from returning customers, always feels special.

Another little pinch-me moment this month: Lonneke Nooteboom posted about Lepelclub! I have personally followed her for such a long time, and I have always loved her cool, and effortless style. So seeing Lepelclub pop up on her profile was honestly a special moment! 

This month, we also launched our Lip Collection: Lip Spoons & Lip Straws!

This collection has been so much fun to bring to life. It feels playful, a little unexpected, and very Lepelclub. And the best part? Both Anthropologie and Revolve have stocked the collection. Seeing our pieces being picked up by international retail partners keeps being a dream. 

Besides the Lip Collection, we are also working on a new collection. I cannot share too much yet, but I can tell you this: we are exploring porcelain. It feels like a very natural next step for Lepelclub, and I am so curious to hear what you would love to see from us. More soon, I promise.

On a personal note, after studying in Australia for six months when I was 22, I have always dreamed of travelling back. My dear friend Chloe who lives in Sydney is getting married, so in October I will be travelling for three weeks. It will be the first time in my Lepelclub era that I will be away for that long.

Honestly, the idea of being away for three weeks still feels a bit out of my comfort zone. But at the same time, I think it is also a good step. And who knows, maybe you will see some Australian inspiration come back into our SS27 collection. Think shells and waves!
